Ingredients
- Chocolate powder - 5 tbsp
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Butter or oil - 5 tbsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar /lemon juice- 1/2 tsp
- Water mixed with 1/2 a tsp of Instant coffee powder
Method
Beat the sugar and the butter till soft. Add water, essence, and vinegar. Sift the dry ingredients and add slowly. Fold. Line a glass dish with baking paper and pour the batter. Keep the dish in the oven and select eggless cake mode in the microwave. Bake for exactly seven minutes. Use a toothpick to make sure that it is done. Serve after an hour.
