Mini Pizza in IFB Microwave oven

Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour - one cup
  •  Dry yeast - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter - One tablespoon
  • Milk - 1/2 a cup
  • Sugar - for yeast proof and 2 tbsp for the dough
  • Salt - one tsp
Method

Warm the milk, add 2 teaspoons of sugar, and mix. Add a half spoon of yeast and let it rise. Wait for ten minutes or until it rises. Meanwhile, measure the flour and add salt. Mix.
Pour in the yeast mix, add two tbsp of sugar (optional) and start kneading the dough. Do the windowpane test to see if it is done. Add the butter and knead again. Keep it in a bowl after smearing a drop of oil and cover it for at least an hour.
Take out the dough and knead it again. Shape into mini buns and cover it to rise again for an hour.
Bake it for about 25 minutes. 180 degrees in convection mode in the IFB oven.

Take it out and check if done on both sides. A 'done bread will have a 'thud' sound when you pat it.

Slice an onion, capsicum, tomato. Mix in some black pepper, salt.
Slice the buns into two and place them on the pizza tray.
Spread some butter on the half bun. Then place the salad on it. Then place cheese slices and tomato sauce. I did not happen to have pizza sauce and chilly flakes are too hot for me.
Place the pizza tray on the tall grill rack and select P - 01 for mini pizza. It usually takes ten minutes but you can stop after five and check if the cheese has melted. Then microwave it for a minute again.

Your mini pizza is ready.

Alternatively, you can also make it with store-bought buns and hopefully make your picky children eat those good vegetables.
